Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during peak seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or major holidays), processing times may be delayed by an additional 2-5 business days. We appreciate your patience!

International Shipping
We currently ship to USA, Canada, UK, Australia.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Address Accuracy

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
For lost packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
